The fluidos dosing system for dampening solution additives is the easiest way to prepare dampening solution for offset printing, in a reliable and reproducible manner.

The hydrodynamic fluidos does not require any electrical energy and is connected directly to the water supply line, where it draws the additive directly from a container.

The desired concentration can be adjusted from the outside simply by turning the suction cylinder.

It can be read off a scale.

digidos.p is a dampening solution dosing system specifically designed to meet the requirements of IPA-reduced or IPA-free offset printing.

A high reproducible dosing accuracy as well as a system-integrated redundant monitoring system set new standards in dampening solution dosing.

Consumption data of water and additives - as an option also of IPA - are measured and logged. In the case of new installations, the unit is fully connected to the control unit and the press control station and a system for dosing a second additive can be retrofitted as an option.

An additional conductivity probe can be connected to monitor the quality of the fresh water used.
