The ecoclean.line product range offers a simple and economic solution. After a phase separation process, the contaminated washing agent is separated from ink particles, paper dust and powder in a multistage filtration process.

Then fresh solvent is added to regenerate the washing agent which can then be used again for washing.

ecoclean.line washing agent recycling systems comprise a filtering unit, a waste water processing unit and the corresponding tank systems. Systems for the supply and disposal of washing agent for sheet-fed and web offset are also available.
