In addition to the dampening solution filtration systems already mentioned, spinclean.d is an innovative cleaning system for web offset printing and operates without any consumption materials.


spinclean.d (also used in a bypass connection) is based on a centrifugal separator specifically developed for this process and uses the different densities of water, as the main component, and the dirt load, composed of oil sludge and solids, to clean the dampening solution.

The operating costs are drastically reduced as no consumption material is required.

hydroflow

The hydroflow is a so-called ring band filter which offers the following advantages compared to other pre-filter systems: a
