Todays sheet-fed presses are much faster compared to older versions.

This increase in productivity requires larger and more powerful secondary aggregates.

As a standard each aggregate converts the electric operating energy of the printing presses to large amounts of waste heat, which is expelled directly into the printing hall.

It is inevitable that air temperature and relative humidity exceed the acceptable limits that are necessary for high-quality production.

The alternative solution is water.

Due to its physical characteristics water is the ideal medium to overcome the restrictions of air-cooling.

Water can easily be transported in closed piping systems, in order to discharge waste heat, from each connected peripheral unit, out of the building to where a central cooling unit emits the heat to the outside air.
