With contex.mb technotrans offers an established system for cleaning blanket cylinders and satellite cylinders for newspaper web offset presses.
Previously the system was available from rotoclean GmbH under the product name of diamond.

Contex.mb cleans the cylinders using a narrow, movable brush, warm water and washing agent.
The used process liquid is continuously extracted via a central extraction cyclone and collected centrally.

The system is suitable for all cleaning processes necessary in newspaper web offset, such as pre-conditioning, intermediate cleaning, run-out cleaning and final cleaning.
