we are cordially inviting you to attend our Shareholders' Meeting on May 9, 2008 in Münster. What does the meeting hold in store? There will for example be the report on the past financial year of 2007 and of course on the prospects for the 2008 financial year. The drupa will be taking place again this year - the biggest exhibition in the world for the printing industry. We will therefore be giving a preview of our exhibition highlights at the Shareholders' Meeting.

Full details of the agenda are provided here. The resolutions include the distribution of a dividend of € 0.70 per share. This year again sees Supervisory Board elections. After having played a pivotal and highly successful role for more than 28 years in building up the present company technotrans AG, Heinz Harling has decided to step back from the day-to-day running of the company. We request your support in electing Heinz Harling to the Supervisory Board so that, as a member and its Chairman, he will then be able to remain involved in the continuing development of the company. All good reasons for exercising your voting rights, we think!
