we are cordially inviting you to attend our Shareholders' Meeting on May 8, 2009 in Münster. What does the meeting hold in store? There will for example be the report on the past financial year of 2008 and of course on the prospects for the 2009 financial year.

Even if you are unable to attend the event in person, there are a number of other ways in which you can vote. In the interests of the company, please do make use of one of the options available.
